The V2 slight variation creates subtle differences in gray tone and surface appearance between individual pieces while maintaining a cohesive overall installation. For the most balanced appearance, open multiple cartons and blend pieces before setting.

Large-format porcelain requires proper substrate preparation, mortar coverage, handling, and installation techniques. Installation should follow current industry and setting-material manufacturer recommendations.

Sample Orders

We strongly recommend ordering a sample before placing a full order to evaluate the actual gray coloration, linear texture, finish, and subtle V2 variation.

Because the fine linear pattern extends across a large 24x48 tile, a small sample represents only a portion of the overall design and may not display the complete tonal and textural movement present in a full-size piece or finished installation.

Samples are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Shipping Information

Most orders ship via UPS or FedEx depending on quantity and destination. Larger orders may ship palletized via LTL freight when necessary.

Please inspect all material upon delivery. Any visible or concealed shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Material should be inspected before installation, as no claims can be accepted after the product has been installed.

Returns

Returns may be accepted on full, unopened cases in their original packaging with prior authorization. Opened cases, individual pieces, installed or altered material, and samples are non-returnable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

For palletized orders, please retain the original shipping pallet if there is any possibility of a return. Returned material must be securely stacked, protected, and properly wrapped for transportation.
