Shipping policy
Shipping Methods: Small Parcel Packages and LTL Freight
Small parcel packages will ship either UPS, Fed Ex or USPS. Please be aware, signatures are not always required by the carrier, so packages may be left at your door.
All small parcel packages will ship out of our warehouse within 2 business days.
LTL freight will be used based on size and weight of your order. Depending on the distance, delivery may take within 1 week and may take as long as 3 weeks. The local trucker will contact you to schedule a delivery date and approximate time frame.
LTL freight will be curb side delivery only. Truckers will provide lift gate if needed but will not bring material inside your home.
LTL freight will be sent using trusted carriers and will ship out of our warehouse within 2 business days.
Please inspect all boxes before signing off on your delivery. Please take pictures and submit a claim on our website.
You can not cancel any order once it has been shipped out and picked up by delivery carrier.
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APOs.
Industry Tile has no control over delivery time frames after the material is given to UPS, FedEx, USPS or common carriers. We will provide tracking numbers for your reference
Damage Claims Policy
We take great care in packaging and shipping your order. However, if your items arrive damaged, we want to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please review our damage claims process below:
Reporting a Claim

All damage claims must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

Claims reported after this time may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Once your claim is submitted, our team will review it within 3 business days.

Depending on the situation, we will issue a replacement, store credit, or refund.

In certain cases, the damaged item(s) may need to be returned before a resolution can be processed.
Exclusions

Minor variations in color, shade, or texture may occur and are not considered damage.

Damage caused by improper handling, storage, or installation after delivery is not covered under this policy.
