Shipping Information

Due to the size and weight of these large format porcelain tiles, all full box orders ship via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight. A valid phone number is required at checkout so the freight carrier can schedule your delivery appointment. Please inspect your shipment upon arrival and note any visible damage before signing for delivery.

Sample orders ship separately from full tile orders and are non-returnable.
