These restrained tonal changes prevent the surface from appearing flat while preserving its sophisticated monochromatic character. For the most balanced appearance, open multiple cartons and blend pieces before setting.

The large 23.45x46.97" actual format creates an expansive appearance with fewer grout joints, making it especially effective for dramatic feature walls, shower surrounds, fireplace applications, and contemporary floor installations. Large-format porcelain requires proper substrate preparation, mortar coverage, handling, and installation techniques. Installation should follow current industry and setting-material manufacturer recommendations.

A sample represents only a portion of the tile and may not display the complete tonal and surface characteristics present across a full-size 24x48 piece or complete installation.

Samples are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Shipping Information

Most orders ship via UPS or FedEx depending on quantity and destination. Larger orders may ship palletized via LTL freight when necessary.

Please inspect all material upon delivery. Any visible or concealed shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Material should be inspected before installation, as no claims can be accepted after the product has been installed.

Returns

Returns may be accepted on full, unopened cases in their original packaging with prior authorization. Opened cases, individual pieces, installed or altered material, and samples are non-returnable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

For palletized orders, please retain the original shipping pallet if there is any possibility of a return. Returned material must be securely stacked, protected, and properly wrapped for transportation.
