Sample Orders

We strongly recommend ordering a sample before placing a full order to evaluate the actual black color, matte finish, shape, and overall appearance in your space.

Lighting conditions, surrounding materials, grout color, photography, and individual screen settings may affect how the tile appears.

Samples are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Shipping Information

Most orders ship via UPS or FedEx depending on quantity and destination. Larger orders may ship palletized via LTL freight when necessary.

Please inspect all material upon delivery. Any visible or concealed shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Material should be inspected before installation, as no claims can be accepted after the product has been installed.

Returns

Returns may be accepted on full, unopened cases in their original packaging with prior authorization. Opened cases, individual pieces, installed or altered material, and samples are non-returnable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

For palletized orders, please retain the original shipping pallet if there is any possibility of a return. Returned material must be securely stacked, protected, and properly wrapped for transportation.

We recommend ordering enough material for the complete project at one time, as separate production batches may exhibit slight differences in shade or appearance.
