Shipping Information

Due to the size and weight of these large format porcelain tiles, all full-case orders ship via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight. A valid phone number is required at checkout so the freight carrier can schedule your delivery appointment.

LTL Freight Policy: Orders with a merchandise value below the minimum required for economical LTL freight shipping may be canceled at Industry Tile's discretion. If your order does not meet the minimum, we will contact you to discuss available options before cancellation.

Please inspect your shipment upon delivery and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Any concealed damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Sample Orders

We highly recommend ordering a sample before placing a full order to verify the color, finish, and overall appearance. Onyx Gold Agate features significant movement and variation, so individual samples may not represent every color, vein, or graphic found throughout the collection.

Samples are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Returns

Returns may be accepted on unopened cases in their original packaging with prior authorization. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please retain the original shipping pallet if there is any possibility of a return. Returned tile must be securely stacked on the pallet and properly wrapped and protected for LTL transportation. The customer is responsible for ensuring the pallet is packaged and wrapped correctly for safe return shipping. Improperly palletized, inadequately protected, or damaged returns may be refused or subject to additional charges.
