Shipping Information

Due to the size and weight of porcelain tile, field-tile orders ship securely palletized through an LTL freight carrier. LTL deliveries are made curbside, and the carrier will not bring the material inside the residence, building, garage, or jobsite.

An adult 18 years of age or older must be available to inspect and sign for the shipment. Please inspect the pallet and cartons carefully before signing the delivery receipt. Any visible damage must be noted on the carrier’s delivery paperwork before the driver leaves. Failure to document visible damage at the time of delivery may affect the ability to file a freight claim.

Sample Information

We highly recommend ordering a sample before purchasing full cases to review the color, finish, veining, and overall appearance in your space.

Samples provide a general representation of the collection and may not display every shade or vein variation found throughout the full-size tiles.

Sample orders are non-refundable. All sample sales are final.

Ordering and Installation

We recommend ordering at least 10% additional material to account for cuts, waste, breakage, layout adjustments, and future repairs. More complex installations may require additional overage.

Open and blend tiles from multiple cartons before installation to evenly distribute the marble-inspired graphics and create a balanced, natural appearance.

Large-format porcelain requires a properly prepared and sufficiently flat substrate, appropriate setting materials, and specialized installation techniques. Professional installation by a qualified tile contractor experienced with large-format porcelain is recommended.

All material must be inspected before installation. Installation constitutes acceptance of the product.
