Installation

Onice Reale Blue field tile features rectified edges that allow for clean lines and refined grout joints. Professional installation is recommended for large format porcelain. Proper substrate preparation, setting materials, and installation methods should be selected for the specific application.

Shipping Information

Due to the size and weight of large format porcelain tile, full-case field tile orders ship via LTL freight. A valid phone number is required at checkout so the freight carrier can schedule your delivery appointment.

LTL Freight Policy: Orders with a merchandise value below the cost required for economical LTL freight shipping may be canceled at Industry Tile's discretion. If your order does not meet the minimum, we will contact you to discuss available options before cancellation.

Please inspect all material upon delivery and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Concealed damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. No damage or product claims can be accepted after material has been installed.

Sample Orders

We highly recommend ordering a sample before placing a full order to verify the color, finish, texture, and natural-looking variation.

Samples are approximately 1/8 of a full tile and are intended to represent the overall appearance of the collection. Because Onice Reale Blue features V3 shade variation, a sample may not represent every vein, tone, or graphic found throughout the full installation.

Samples are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Returns

Returns may be accepted on unopened cases in their original packaging with prior authorization. Installed, cut, or altered material cannot be returned. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please retain the original shipping pallet if there is any possibility of a return. Returned tile must be securely stacked on the pallet and properly wrapped and protected for LTL transportation. The customer is responsible for ensuring the pallet is packaged and wrapped correctly for safe return shipping. Improperly palletized, inadequately protected, or damaged returns may be refused or subject to additional charges.
