Heritage Star Noir is a dramatic black-and-white porcelain tile featuring a bold eight-point compass star surrounded by a softly weathered ivory field. Porcelain Tile Information

Heritage Star Noir is porcelain designed to recreate the character of aged decorative tile. The weathered surface, softly distressed coloration, and rustic-looking edges are intentional elements of the design rather than imperfections.

This product carries a V4 substantial variation rating, so noticeable differences in tone, shading, surface character, and distressed detailing should be expected. With 30 individual faces, the variation helps prevent an overly repetitive appearance across larger installations.

For the best finished appearance, open multiple cartons and blend pieces throughout the installation. Because the individual tiles connect to form a larger repeating star pattern, we also recommend dry-laying a section before installation to confirm pattern alignment and placement.

Sample Orders

We strongly recommend ordering a sample before placing a full order to evaluate the actual color, pattern, texture, finish, and intentionally aged appearance.

Because this product has V4 substantial variation and multiple faces, a single sample will not represent the complete range of the finished installation.

Samples are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Shipping Information

Most orders ship via UPS or FedEx depending on quantity and destination. Larger orders may ship palletized via LTL freight when necessary.

Please inspect all material upon delivery. Any visible or concealed shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Material should be inspected before installation, as no claims can be accepted after the product has been installed.

Returns

Returns may be accepted on full, unopened cases in their original packaging with prior authorization. Opened cases, individual pieces, installed or altered material, and samples are non-returnable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

For palletized orders, please retain the original shipping pallet if there is any possibility of a return. Returned material must be securely stacked, protected, and properly wrapped for transportation.
