Heritage Compass Navy & White is porcelain designed to capture the imperfect beauty of aged decorative tile. The weathered coloration, distressed-looking perimeter, surface markings, and tonal differences are intentional elements of the design rather than defects.

The collection carries a V4 substantial variation rating and includes 30 faces, so noticeable differences in shading, distressing, and surface character should be expected. These variations help prevent an overly repetitive appearance and give larger installations a more authentic, timeworn character.

For the most balanced finished installation, open multiple cartons and blend pieces before setting the tile. Dry-laying the pattern is recommended so the natural variation can be distributed throughout the space.

Sample Orders

We strongly recommend ordering a sample before placing a full order to evaluate the actual navy and white coloration, matte surface, distressed details, and overall scale of the compass-star pattern.

Because this tile features V4 substantial variation and 30 individual faces, a single sample cannot represent the complete range of the collection.

Samples are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Shipping Information

Most orders ship via UPS or FedEx depending on quantity and destination. Larger orders may ship palletized via LTL freight when necessary.

Please inspect all material upon delivery. Any visible or concealed shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Material should be inspected before installation, as no claims can be accepted after the product has been installed.

Returns

Returns may be accepted on full, unopened cases in their original packaging with prior authorization. Opened cases, individual pieces, installed or altered material, and samples are non-returnable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

For palletized orders, please retain the original shipping pallet if there is any possibility of a return. Returned material must be securely stacked, protected, and properly wrapped for transportation.
