Porcelain Tile Information

Hexelle is manufactured from durable porcelain and recreates the layered coloration and weathered character associated with oxidized slate and naturally aged stone. It is not natural slate or natural stone, allowing the collection to deliver mineral-rich visual depth with the performance and easier maintenance of porcelain tile.

The collection features 24 unique faces, introducing differences in the placement and intensity of rust, brown, bronze, gray, and stone-inspired markings to help reduce obvious repetition across larger installations. Its V2 shade variation rating indicates slight differences in color and appearance from piece to piece, creating natural-looking movement while maintaining a cohesive overall design.

When installed together, the darker gray framed detailing connects across the surface to emphasize the repeating hexagonal geometry, while the oxidized stone-look centers introduce warm, naturally varied coloration. For the most balanced installation, we recommend reviewing the material before installation and blending pieces from multiple cartons to distribute the available faces and shade variation throughout the project.

Sample Orders

We strongly recommend ordering a sample before placing a full order to evaluate the actual rust, brown, bronze, and gray tones, matte finish, oxidized stone-inspired surface character, framed hexagon pattern, and grout pairing in your space.

Because this product features multiple faces and V2 shade variation, a single sample may not represent the complete range of stone-inspired graphics, mineral coloration, and subtle tonal variation found throughout a larger installation.

Samples are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Shipping Information

Most orders ship via UPS or FedEx depending on quantity and destination. Larger orders may ship palletized via LTL freight when necessary.

Please inspect all material upon delivery. Any visible or concealed shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Material should be inspected before installation, as no claims can be accepted after the product has been installed.

Returns

Returns may be accepted on full, unopened cases in their original packaging with prior authorization. Opened cases, individual pieces, installed or altered material, and samples are non-returnable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

For palletized orders, please retain the original shipping pallet if there is any possibility of a return. Returned material must be securely stacked, protected, and properly wrapped for transportation.
