Ceramic Tile Information

Basil Green is a glazed ceramic collection designed to combine rich color, reflective depth, and the subtle variation associated with handcrafted tile. The V3 moderate variation means noticeable differences in green coloration and tone should be expected between individual pieces.

The three coordinating formats allow the collection to be used throughout a complete design. The 4x4 square creates classic grids and traditional layouts, while the 2.6x16 elongated tile can be installed horizontally, vertically, stacked, or offset for a more architectural appearance. The 0.5x7.9 pencil trim provides a polished finishing detail for exposed edges, backsplashes, shower walls, niches, decorative borders, and transitions.

For the most balanced installation, open several cartons and blend tiles before setting. Pencil trim should also be reviewed alongside the field tile before installation to achieve a cohesive distribution of color and shade variation.

Sample Orders

We strongly recommend ordering a sample before placing a full order to evaluate the actual basil green coloration, glossy surface, texture, and V3 shade variation.

Because of the collection's V3 moderate variation, a single sample may not represent the complete range of color and tonal movement found throughout a full installation.

Samples are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Shipping Information

Most orders ship via UPS or FedEx depending on quantity and destination. Larger orders may ship palletized via LTL freight when necessary.

Please inspect all material upon delivery. Any visible or concealed shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Material should be inspected before installation, as no claims can be accepted after the product has been installed.

Returns

Returns may be accepted on full, unopened cases in their original packaging with prior authorization. Opened cases, individual pieces, installed or altered material, and samples are non-returnable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

For palletized orders, please retain the original shipping pallet if there is any possibility of a return. Returned material must be securely stacked, protected, and properly wrapped for transportation.
