Due to the size and weight of this large format porcelain tile, full case orders ship via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight. A valid phone number is required at checkout so the freight carrier can schedule your delivery appointment. Please inspect your shipment upon arrival and note any visible damage before signing.

LTL Freight Policy: Orders with a merchandise value below the minimum required for economical LTL freight shipping may be canceled at Industry Tile's discretion. If your order does not meet the minimum, we will contact you to discuss available options before cancellation.

Sample Orders

We recommend ordering a sample before placing a full order to verify the color, finish, and overall appearance. Samples are intended for design evaluation only and may not represent the complete pattern variation found throughout the full-sized tile. Sample orders ship separately from full tile orders and are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Returns

Returns may be accepted on unopened cases in their original packaging with prior authorization. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Opened cases and sample orders are not eligible for return.
