Norwegian Rose introduces the mosaic's distinctive pink and blush coloration with naturally occurring veining and tonal movement, while Thassos White provides a bright contrast that defines the repeating floral pattern.

Because this mosaic is made from genuine natural stone, variations in color, tone, veining, mineral markings, texture, and surface character are inherent and should be expected. These natural differences are part of the beauty of marble and ensure that every installation has its own individual character.

Natural stone may require sealing before and/or after installation depending on the application. We recommend consulting a qualified tile installer regarding appropriate setting materials, grout, sealing products, and maintenance procedures for the specific installation environment.

For the most balanced finished appearance, review and dry-lay multiple sheets before installation and blend material from several cartons.

Sample Orders

We strongly recommend ordering a sample before placing a full order to evaluate the actual pink coloration, Thassos White contrast, natural marble veining, polished finish, petal-shaped pieces, floral pattern, and grout pairing in your space.

Because Norwegian Rose and Thassos White are genuine natural stones, a single sample cannot represent the complete range of color, veining, texture, and natural variation that may be present throughout a larger installation.

Samples are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Shipping Information

Most orders ship via UPS or FedEx depending on quantity and destination. Larger orders may ship palletized via LTL freight when necessary.

Please inspect all material upon delivery. Any visible or concealed shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Material should be inspected before installation, as no claims can be accepted after the product has been installed.

Returns

Returns may be accepted on full, unopened cases in their original packaging with prior authorization. Opened cases, individual sheets, installed or altered material, and samples are non-returnable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

For palletized orders, please retain the original shipping pallet if there is any possibility of a return. Returned material must be securely stacked, protected, and properly wrapped for transportation.
